I had a pleasant experience during my stay. The staff was exceptionally welcoming, making me feel right at home. The location was fantastic, just a short drive from downtown Asheville. The breakfast offered a decent variety, but it could be improved to include more hot options.

The hotel is clean and modern, situated conveniently just a few minutes from downtown Asheville. The complimentary shuttle service to downtown is an excellent perk, operating from 4 pm to 10 pm. My suite was spacious and featured stunning mountain views along with a whirlpool tub, which enhanced my stay. The staff was friendly and attentive, particularly Patricia who provided exceptional service during breakfast. The dining options were good, with a bar that opens at 5 pm.

The room was spacious and clean with air conditioning, a fridge, a microwave, and a coffee machine. The bathroom had free toiletries and a shower. The breakfast had a great variety, including fluffy pancakes and local jams. There’s also a fitness center and an indoor pool. Staff helped fix the Wi-Fi in no time.

The beds were super comfy! 🛏️ I loved being close to downtown for our adventures! Just wish the parking lot was a bit more organized.

The moment I walked into the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Asheville Downtown, An Ihg Hotel, I was greeted by a clean and fresh environment. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and went out of their way to assist with local recommendations. The room was spacious and perfectly tidy, equipped with a comfy bed and great amenities for a relaxing stay.

The parking situation could be improved.

Had a nice experience here, so here's the deal. The staff treated us with warmth, like we were family or something. And the breakfast spread was huge, kids were happy with waffles and all kinds of stuff, you know, easy to keep everyone full before the road. Plus the beds? They were like sleeping on clouds, seriously.

Not exactly cheap, but worth it considering we had everything we needed.
