We liked the hotel, just what we needed. The a double room had basic facilities you need, central heating, TV set and a writing desk. Plenty of food at the continental breakfast.
-
Fairly clean place, great service, helpful staff. The room was beautiful, there was the best bathroom. The accommodation had a central location next to the Greyhound bus station. For short-orders there was Mcdonald's, we found it close by.
-
fairly clean hotel in a new building just next door to several different restaurants like outback cracker barrel. the rooms are neat with exceptionally comfortable beds.
-
Make sure to ask for a non connecting room or you will be part of the party in the next room. My wife and I were woke up to "We are the Champions" at 1:30 am Saturday 12/7. Then we were moved to another room that was not connected to another room. Not sure why we were not put in the non connected room to start with. After several call to the GM, i finally got an email today from him thanking me for the learning opportunity. I thanked him back for the learning opportunity as well and not a good night rest. ALWAYS ASKED FOR A NON CONNECTED ROOM.

We were told about the sinage difficulties but wish there had been a ng us into the more obvious sign directing us into the hotel area.
-
large room with couch and sitting area, microwave and refrigerator.
hotel not really located downtown. needed to drive to get downtown.
-
Very friendly staff.Enjoyed breakfast, food was very good and waitress was very friendly.Would consider staying again.
-
The room was clean and functional as all Holiday Inns. The lobby was a little run down and there was really nowhere to sit.

We've stayed here 2-3 times. It's not in walking distance to downtown, but it's basically the next best thing, and offers good rates depending on the time of year. It's clean, check-in/out is pretty easy, and the beds have been reasonably comfortable (nothing beats home!).
I think we had a room directly beneath a family with either several kids, or one very active one. We could definitely hear any bed-jumping or racing around the room above us. We have kids of our own, so we've been on the flip side of that coin, but ideally we wouldn't have been below that particular family...that said, we didn't want to bother moving, so we can't say if they would have accomodated us or not.
-
everything! the location was cetrally located between downtown Ashville and The Biltmore. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The room service was reasonably priced, wall mounted flat screen tv was nice and it suited our needs.
the entrance to the parking lot was difficult to find as there isn't a sign telling anyone where to turn. Since it is not right on the road, but behind some buildings it is not clear from either direction where the entrance is.

A very nice, clean facility is a convienient location to downtown Asheville. Great location, very friendly staff and a very nice room.
